Our Graduation coach is aveteran educator who works with our Cohort 2020 students•Commitment to amaximum of 20 hours per week •They will weekly coach & monitor theprogress of students from Cohort 2020 - Direct contact with each student isexpected every week.•Grad Coaches will be working with: Cohort 2020 At-risk ofnot graduating•Grad Coaches will maintain a weekly electronic Student Log, ofprogress monitoring and evidence of coaching conducted with each student.•TheGrad Coach will maintain a Graduation Coach weekly electronic log of hoursworked each week.•The Grad Coach will participate in training that will developor enhance the skills necessary to support student success and manage andreport student progress.
